Job Responsibilities Read and interpret assembly blueprints to prep, build, and/or pack motors Use measuring instruments, such as gauges, calipers or micrometers, to verify conformance of parts to blueprints or lists Install or fasten components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools Repair, rework or replace any damaged parts or assemblies No previous work experience required. Must be willing to learn how to use hand tools and computers. Strong communication and interaction skills.
