IT Requirements Manager with Security Clearance

Description JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC has an immediate opening for an Information Technology (IT) Requirements Manager who will support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer evaluate and quantify future mission needs for IT, and then coordinate design trades and cost impacts assessments with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The successful applicant will participate within a team of Systems Engineers and Technical Advisors (SETA) who work with SIGINT and/or GEOINT mission customers to help translate future mission needs into requirements for future delivery by way of Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) IT budget forecasting. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: On the Job Training will be provided in the customer''s specific knowledge domain, but the successful candidate must be able to: * Demonstrate a broad working understanding of IT technologies, such as desktops, networks, databases, virtual hosting environments, etc. * Demonstrate a general understanding of SIGINT and/or GEOINT missions * Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with mission customers * Actively participate in mission customer design review meetings to identify IT service needs * Proactively coordinate, research, and evaluate mission customer needs * Strategically assess the mission customer''s vision against IT service options to seek opportunities to influence and improve future IT service deliveries * Quantify technical assessments to translate mission needs into a Requirements Verification and Traceability Matrix (RVTM) template * Coordinate cost impact assessments with mission and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) * Assist IT decision makers with evaluating future requirements against available IT service provider roadmaps in an effort to help prioritize IT expansion verses recapitalization investments * When requirements increase/change after the baseline approval, inform customers of the need to update system requirements and appropriate inter-organization funding, or Un-Funded Request (UFR) definitions; and notify the appropriate Program Management Offices (PMOs) Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: * Within a STEM field of study: Bachelors in a STEM related field and five (5) years or more experience; Masters in a STEM related field and three (3) years or more experience; Significant applicable work experience of more than ten (10) years may be considered in lieu of a degree * Must have former support experience(s) within the Intelligence Community (IC), preferably with the NRO, NGA, NSA, and/or DIA * Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance with Poly * Must be able to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
