Senior Electronics Technician Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Job ID: 64613 **PLEASE NOTE**- Must be US citizen NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP- Must be capable to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance- 4 year STEM degree required Primary ResponsibilitiesThis is a 2nd shift position supporting factory transition running automated test equipment, testing, and troubleshooting. Note: initial training will be on day shiftWill solder, build, test, and troubleshoot/debug electronics assembliesApplies advanced skills and knowledge to solve tasks.Adapts to new procedures, techniques, and tools quickly; is willing and able to share knowledge to promote a good learning environment.Although frequently works autonomously, can work in a team environment with good oral and writing terfaces well with key customers on complex systems or processes; able to improve upon existing processes and practices.Solves complex problems and serves as a resource on varied tasks.Works under minimal supervision as needed.Regularly leads by example utilizing ''soft'' people skills.Basic Qualifications:An AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required OR A Bachelors degree in the appropriate discipline and 2 years of relevant experience.Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
