We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to support our customer''s Systems Engineering Directorate (SED). This position will be located in Chantilly, VA. The Program Manager will lead a team responsible for transitioning the directorate from document-based Systems Engineering practices to an interoperable and integrated Digital Engineering environment that will deliver end-to-end systems and enterprise capabilities. The Program Manager will play a critical role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Systems Engineering Directorate''s Systems Engineering processes to accelerate the delivery of new capabilities and ensure mission success. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the establishment of the Systems Engineering and Digital Engineering training programs to help enable this transition. Responsibilities * Manage the workforce to maximize the contributions of all team members* Generate program status reports that detail technical and schedule execution status, risks, opportunities, issues, and plans.* Manage cost, schedule, and performance.* Direct, manage, monitor, and evaluate all activities conducted by subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.* Conduct periodic customer program reviews to report program status.* Conduct schedule management activities include updating and maintaining the customer''s schedule database and developing and implementing Agile processes to support the enterprise with schedule analysis associated with critical path.* Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for all contract deliverables.* Responsible for the technical leadership and direction of a multidisciplinary staffRequired Skills: * Perform a variety of complex tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude* Ability prioritizing and deconflicting multiple tasks* Ability to work with a team of multi-disciplined specialists* Experience developing program management documentation to include Program Management Plans, schedules, staffing plans, and status reports* Ability to effectively manage personnel at all organizational levels, including a matrixed environment* Strong business acumen; proactively identify and resolve problems efficiently* Leadership competencies including influential communications, strategic thinking, fostering innovation and collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and catalyzing results* Proven ability to embrace and implement change in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization* Strong interpersonal, oral and communication skillsRequired Experience: * Bachelor''s degree in a technical, computer science, engineering, or business field* 10 Years of relevant experience in a Program Management position* US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI required to be considered for the positionPreferred Experience: * Master''s degree in a technical, computer science, engineering, or business field* Program Management Professional Certification* 5 years of Intelligence Community experience* Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence* Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)/ Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP)* Familiarity with Digital Engineering and MBSE concepts and best practicesWhy work for LinQuest?
