We''re looking for a desktop support administrator with a solid background in Windows 10, Windows Domains, and Virtualization to help us support and maintain systems in an RDT & E environment. As a Desktop Support Administrator on our project, you''ll deploy, troubleshoot, patch, and maintain hardware and sof tware systems and applications. You''ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your te chn ical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You Have: * 1+ years of experience supporting Windows Desktops and end point devices* Knowledge of STIGs, Active Directory and Windows Domains* Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications* Secret clearance * HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: * Experience with Windows Server, Managing Active Directory* Top Secret clearance * DoD 8570 / 5239 IAT Level 2 Certification* Security + CE Certification* MCSA Windows 10, Exam MD-100: Windows 10, Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops Certification* DoD 8570 / 5239 IAT Level 3 Certification* CASP or CISSP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.
