Candidate will lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Develops capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; participates in bid and proposal activities. Maintains on-going interaction with marketing. Responsibilities include the following: Opportunity identification and shaping * Opportunity qualification * Business case analysis Customer relationship management* Customer acquisition approach analysis and shaping * Professional relationship development and maintenance with key decision makers * Government Relations collaboration on customer engagement strategies and execution * Future customer requirements analysis and planning Capture strategy development and execution * Customer and competitor assessments * Leading teams to develop solutions compliant with customer requirements * Leading capture/proposal teams * Workforce planning * Teammate/supplier selection and relationship management Internal briefings to the Northrop Grumman Space leadership team Ethics Ensuring new business activity is carried out in accordance with government, customer, and Northrop Grumman policies, procedures, and processes. Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor''s degree* 6 years of relevant experience in project/program management, engineering or supply chain* 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience* Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance Salary Range: $123,900 USD - $185,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
