The site is located less than 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh, Wendell, Knightdale, Rocky Mount, Wilson, and Wake Forest.Key differentiators about GSK and Zebulon:Our commitment to inclusion and diversity we see diversity as a critical advantage of oursOur focus on cultivating a positive work environment that cares for our employeesDemonstrated opportunities for continued career growth driven by individual ambitionLeaders that care about their teams and growth of both individuals and the companyA priority focus on Safety and QualityClean and GMP compliant work environmentOnsite cafeteriaOnsite gymTemperature-controlled climateLicensed, onsite Health & Wellness clinicCDC, local and federal compliant with COVID-19 mandatesLead the development of solutions aligned to the sites strategic goal of transitioning manufacturing and packaging operations from using paper batch documents and logbooks to leveraging electronic Batch Record (eBR) and electronic logbook (ePEL) systems.Key ResponbilitiesResponsible to ensure robust consistent processes are followed for the successful delivery of eBRS into the Zebulon day to day operations, through all phases of the project including concept, technical analysis, design, testing, validation, training, deployment and support.Deliver clear scope with the necessary project controls in place for stakeholder management, governance, prioritization, resource management, risk management and financial management to provide a smooth transition from project to fully supported customer hand-over.The role has increased complexity of user bases with a large mix of technology and business process understanding.Manage eBRS/ePEL Operational Workflow and Data issues across the site.Collaborate with stakeholders and assists in Tech Performance Management Process upgrades related to AMS.Management of site eBRS product life cycleDesign, Develop and Deploy all new product Recipes and maintain updates and version control against batch documentationLeading Business Change and Training for staff including owning and maintain all associated documentation updates.Manage the Validation/UAT and PQ requirements across each phase of the projectImplement and deploy changes to existing products using site change control processConsult with, advise and provide regular communications to project sponsors to clearly define business drivers, objectives, success criteria and progress for projects.Plan and manage all aspects of the project delivery process from scope definition, justification and planning to completion / closeout. Ensure robust pro-active risk management processes are in-use within the project scope. Responsible for assuring an outcome which meets all of the defined project objectives including safety, quality, cost, timelines and business benefit.Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) -Interface and build robust partnerships with key site functions including Production, Technical, Planning, Engineering and Quality to ensure customer requirements are met.
