DevSecOps Specialist

MDMS is recruiting for a DevSecOps specialist for a financial services firm in Newark, NJ. You will be responsible for helping to drive DevSecOps and security services support for multiple projects across the organization. You will assist in driving DevSecOps security services and DevSecOps consistency/standardization. You will also be responsible for implementing, integrating, and testing security scan automation features in CI/CD pipelines. This is a contract role and is hiring asap. Requirements:• 3+ years of DevOps & DevSecOps experience. Familiar with Jenkins based CI/CD Pipelines• Experience working with test automation scripts, integrating security tools, providing vulnerability assessments, conducting tool evaluations, and conducting build proof of concepts. • Knowledge of APIs, OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, Burp Suite Enterprise, Checkmarx, NowSecure, and OWASP ZAP. • Experience maintaining documentation and user guides, and working with cross-functional teams. • Automation and IaC skills (Ansible, Python).• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. - provided by Dice
