DescriptionTitle: Project Manager (Lead) Location: Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, AL. (potential for remote work) Terms: Full-Time Travel: 0%-5% Clearance Required: Public Trust Contingent upon offer. Position Overview: RIVA is seeking a Project Manager (Lead) to join our team providing functional and technical solutions to sustain and maintain a family of Medical Systems, as well as transition Medical System production environments to the Cloud in support of an Air Force client located in Montgomery, AL. The Project Manager (Lead) will be responsible for overall project management and execution. This position reports directly to the DOD and National Security Portfolio Manager. RequirementsResponsibilities: The Project Manager (Lead) will serve as the primary point of contact for the coordination between the Contractor, the Product Owner (PO), as well as the CO and COR/ACORCoordinate with the contracting organization''s program office to enable timely problem resolutionProperly aligning staffing requirementsFacilitate product reporting in line with Agile delivery methodsWork with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to develop Product/Sprint plans and reporting in line with Agile delivery approaches.Requirements/Basic Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in a related field5+ years'' experience in this or similar role2+ years'' experience managing AF IT projects, from discovery phase to deployment to O&MExperience with software development life cycleKnowledge of Air Force Medical Readiness Business AreaProficient with medical/clinical/administrative workflows customarily found in MTFs.Experience in the deployment of systems, installation, and training of end users.Experience and the ability to work with large and small groups of functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and be able to facilitate discussions regarding application requirements.Experience with medical systems operations that includes functional analysis, testing, user training, field assistance, database maintenance, computer operations support, and medical practices and policies affecting the DoD medical community.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver oral presentationsExperience working with Federal government customers.Strong writing skills, interpersonal skills, customer relationship management skills, and flexibility are a mustStrong resource management skills, including resource balancing and allocationExperience with MS Office tools, including MS ProjectAbility to balance competing prioritiesAbility to lead (and influence) across organization linesStrong business and management skillsPreferred Qualifications: PMP or Project Management certificationAF Medical IT Systems experience (i.e. Medical Readiness Decision Support System (MRDSS)) and the Air Force Medical Omnibus Web Applications Pool (AFMOWAP): Aeromedical Information Management Waiver Tracking System (AIMWTS), Medical Planning and Programming Tool (MPPT), Physical Examination Processing Program (PEPP), Radioactive Materials Management Information System - Web (RAMMIS-W), and Refractive Surgery Management System (RSMS))Knowledge and experience at AFLCMC and/or PEO-BESExperience leading the transition IT system production environments to the CloudCertified Scrum Master (CSM)ITIL v4 FoundationScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Professional
