As a member of the Professional Services team, Field Engineers help position and sell the DataRobot architecture, collaborate with clients to implement the platform, and integrate machine learning predictions into customers'' systems and workflows. In presales, you will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to help us bring our platform to prospects. In postsales, you will be responsible for providing the technical expertise to make DataRobot customers successful through platform access and integration. You will work across domains ranging from systems architecture to ETL flows, security, cloud computing environments, and more. You will provide insight to make the connection between a customer''s specific business problems and DataRobot''s solution, the customer-facing skills to communicate that connection and vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences, and the technical skills to be able to not only build but also to provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation. Finally, it means working collaboratively with a broad range of people inside and outside the company to achieve results. This opportunity is contingent on security clearance validation. Is this You? 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers, providing engineering, infrastructure, and technical mentorship and support 2+ years of experience selling to enterprise organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience installing, managing, and supporting platforms running on Linux Experience collaborating with IT stakeholders to gain and maintain authority to operate on government networks Working knowledge of enterprise software with experience supporting its deployment in large enterprise accounts Willingness to travel (~10-20%) Bonus points: Bachelors in Computer Science, related field or equivalent proven experience Experience with cloud IaaS providers (AWS EC2, Azure) Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes, and BI tools Citizenship and Clearance Requirements: Must be a US citizen Must have an active TS/SCI clearance What you get in return: We move fast and reward hard work.
