Overview The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of all Department of Defense (DoD) commissaries worldwide. The objective is to support DeCA in meeting operational and information technology objectives of the Data Center and Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) programs. This effort represents a continuation of system lifecycle support services for DeCA''s Data Center and Enterprise Service Desk environments. Responsibilities Enterprise Application Support Customer Service/Support; Windows/MacOS/Linux/Unix/Chrome/Android; Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM); IT Service Management (e.g. BMC Remedy/ServiceNow/Solarwinds/Jira/Ivanti); Endpoint Management (e.g. MS Endpoint Manager/Ivanti/Atera/ManageEngine/Hexnode); Oracle/SQL/Configuration Management Database (CMDB); HTML/Web Services/MS IIS/Web Forms; System Administration; Network Administration; Application Development; Microsoft Office Suite incl.
