The successful candidate will provide Cost Analyst support to develop a variety of cost estimating products such as Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Alternative Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis, and business case support. Responsibilities Description of Duties: * Perform data collection, model development, database management, data normalization, risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, acquisition/contract evaluation, conduct Net Present Value (NPV), and cost/financial performance monitoring; * Participate in technical working groups with engineering, budget, schedule, and acquisition functional team members; * Manage client relationships and expectations. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Public Trust clearance * 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation, government finance, cost/benefits analysis, and/or analytical focused positions * Bachelor''s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business, or Finance * Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office Suite products * Strong analytical background in gathering and interpreting complex amounts of data * Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs * Analytical involvement with government acquisition process * Proficiency in use of cost estimating and risk tools such as Crystal Ball, @Risk, SEER-SEM, and/or ACEIT * Master''s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Business, or Finance Equal Opportunity Employer: MCR, LLC is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
