Peloton has a unique opportunity for experienced Consultants to play a hands on role in a high growth practice area.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:Developing an understanding of a clients current state process and developing future state recommendationsRecommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plansGathering and analyzing business requirementsAligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solutionDefining new and refining existing business processesContributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual propertyRequired Experience & Skills Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree 2 to 3 years of implementation experience in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud with specific experience as a Solution Architect with Plan-to-Produce business process knowledge 1 to 2 years of experience in implementing Plan-to-Produce (Manufacturing, Configure-to-Order(CTO) & Supply Chain Planning Cloud) Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, can-do attitude, and speaking your ideas Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven, with the desire to learn our business Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiativesAdditional Desired SkillsExperience with but not limited to Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing (Process and Discrete Manufacturing including CTO and Supply Chain planning cloud implementation).Experience in overall Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain Management support or implementationCertifications in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud Manufacturing, Planning or other.Experience leading solution workshops, Plan-to-produce track and mentoring junior staffCompensation:Competitive base salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance401K with supporting company match Flexible SpendingTechnical and business skills trainingPerformance bonusPaid holidays and vacation daysPeloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
