Job Description

Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The Acquisition Intelligence Program Support Analysts shall provide intelligence support to MDA programs include, but are not limited to, Ground-Based Weapon Systems, Sea-Based Weapon Systems, Targets and Countermeasures, Advanced Technology, and Chief Architect. Specific tasks include (but are not limited to): * Identify, define, and document intelligence requirements for MDA Senior Leaders, DEI leadership, MDA Program Elements and portfolio staff, and then prepare and present briefings, updates, and summaries to portfolio leadership.* Review, research, assess, develop, deliver and present intelligence reports, technical data, briefings, updates, and assessments to portfolio staff and senior leaders to satisfy portfolio requirements IAW current Intelligence Division Operations SOPs.* Plan, organize, coordinate, facilitate, participate in and report on portfolio-focused meetings, working groups, and technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and develop and provide after action reports as required. Support the DEI Directorate and Intelligence Division at the portfolio senior staff meetings, TIMs, and working groups.* Conduct intelligence supportability analysis for each MDA program element and prepare associated documentation.* Prepare documentation for each assigned portfolio that identifies the portfolio''s mission, leadership, battle rhythm and intelligence support requirements, as well as the portfolio''s threat stressors and intelligence concerns and acquisition intelligence requirements.* Identify, develop, and document portfolio-specific intelligence Production Requirements (PRs), and coordinate as necessary with the IC for portfolio-specific intelligence products.* Support the integration of current intelligence, acquisition intelligence and technical intelligence into the development and sustainment of the Missile Defense System (MDS). Prepare and deliver portfolio-focused summaries of IC products monthly at all geographies. Be prepared to deliver a weekly summary when requested.* Research and respond to RFIs from MDA Senior Leadership and MDA Program Elements on an ad hoc basis; responses may include briefings, updates, and/or technical intelligence engineering. This includes supporting and presenting intelligence reports, briefings, updates, white papers, and technical data.* Determine technical intelligence engineering information/collection requirements in conjunction with the Intelligence Division Technical Intelligence Engineering team and the Intelligence Division Sensors and Data Management team, to include researching and gathering relevant IC data. Provide required technical intelligence products to portfolios.* Participate in the Intelligence Division effort to provide acquisition intelligence support to the program elements, which includes determining points of contact within the program elements, working with the program elements to develop their threat stressors and intelligence concerns, and coordinating this data with Intelligence Division leadership. This includes researching and gathering intelligence data, developing and presenting briefings, attending and participating in meetings, developing required documentation, and providing weekly status updates.* Research and respond to RFIs from MDA Senior Leadership, MDA Program Elements, two letters, and Missile Intelligence Secure Link clients that may include briefings, updates, and/or technical intelligence engineering. This includes supporting and presenting intelligence reports, briefings, updates, white papers, and technical data.* Provide relevant intelligence information and/or data to assist the Government in developing responses to Congressional testimony and Congressional inquiry.* Review MDS development documents to verify threat information is consistent with current IC reporting and attend regularly scheduled meetings via VTC or through on-site visits to various IC organizations. * Receive and assess requests for support from the portfolios, identify the appropriate resources to satisfy the request, develop the required white papers, briefings, and deliver crisp responses within constrained timelines.* Provide support to MDA''s Left Through Right Integration (LTRI) effort. Contribute technical expertise related to intelligence and indications and warning that can inform ''left-of-launch'' operations. Participate in community of interest meetings and integrate intelligence analysis and intelligence operations activities related to missile defeat using a holistic LTRI approach. Explore opportunities to leverage community of interest resources in test events to further LTRI objectives.Basic Qualifications: * 6-10 years'' experience in intelligence analysis* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Critical Thinking Skills* All-source intelligence experience, which could include experience with Intelligence Community agencies or with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, including service intelligence components.Preferred Qualifications: * Intelligence support to the acquisition or requirements community is preferred* Engineering or other technical experience preferred, as an analyst may support MDA elements that focus on systems engineering and missile defense system architecture (Targets and Countermeasures, Advanced Technology, and Chief Architect)Security Clearance Requirements: * TS with SCI eligibilityPhysical Requirements: * Sedentary LI-TH1 For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
