WHAT YOU''LL DOUnder the direction of the NAMR Associate Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will support the complete life cycle of Penn Associate recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, marketing and branding related activities, planning and execution of the interview process, candidate communication, campus team communication and relationship building and conversion support. You will work closely with school Specialists, the Penn On-Campus Career Services teams, NAMR office Talent Acquisition teams and other North America Core Undergraduate Talent Acquisition specialists and team members.YOU''RE GOOD ATManage logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing and conversionSupport candidate relationship building: following up on all candidate inquiries, creating positive BCG recruiting experiences by serving as a friendly, welcoming face to BCGCultivating relationships with campus career services and campus clubs and developing BCG''s brand on campusContinually collect and analyze information and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting activities, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environmentDrive conversion activities for offereesHelp develop the Penn recruiting plans; including season analyses, qualitative groups, specialist and candidate surveys, etc.Use the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitationsYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelor''s degree required2-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant experience requiredHigh customer service and relationship orientation - strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, want to deliver great results at all times, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization and candidatesExcellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once, with a great attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under anizational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our recruiting effortsA strong intellectual curiosity. You''ll be supporting Full Time and Summer Associate recruiting process. At times, you''ll work with the other Talent Acquisition team members on the North American team and Philadelphia office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG. You''ll work closely with your local office team as well as various Talent Acquisition teams across North America to learn the day to day technical elements of the role.
