WHAT YOU''LL DOBCG is a general management consulting firm, widely regarded as a global leader in business strategy consulting. The firm has built its worldwide practice on intellectual leadership and has helped change the way many corporations approach, and engage in, competition. BCG is a privately owned firm with 90+ offices in 50+ countries. The Global Services function provides professional management services to the firm, including the central operations of finance, information technology, risk, legal, operations and human resources. PSG is a blend of finance and human resources functions that primarily serves and supports the BCG Partnership and individual Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). PSG is the custodian of the global framework that shapes incentives, via the design and execution of the annual performance evaluation process and compensation and equity programs for MDPs worldwide. PSG is co-led by Ben Holden (London) and Amy Glass (Boston). WHAT YOU''LL DOThe evaluation team within PSG owns, leads and executes initiatives, policies and processes related to MDP performance recognition and assessment. The team is deeply involved across the annual evaluation process (ODC, PPC) and senior officer screening committee (SOSC), working closely with BCG leadership, including the CEO, Executive Committee, Operating Committee as well as with Partner Performance Management Team (PPMT) and other senior stakeholders across BCG. Decisions from both processes recognize and reinforce expectations of MDP performance and behavior to reinforce the values and spirt of BCG''s partnership.This role comes at a pivotal time for BCG, as we assess the effectiveness and scalability of our core MDP evaluation processes. You will be involved with design for the future and then leading the change management effort to infuse those findings into global policies, process and norms.YOU''RE GOOD ATYou are an experienced professional with proven experience driving change and building relationships throughout an organization.You are:A strong project and team manager with experience leading through changeConfident, with senior presence and composure while working with a senior MDP teamWilling to proactively jump in to help others, in any way, in a growing and fast-paced environmentFlexible, open to new ideas/change, and work collaboratively in an iterative environmentAnalytically curious and a thoughtful interpreter of data and patternsConfident to ask probing questions, investigate, understand a situation, make a recommendation and explain the logic for this decision to other team membersCollaborative, personal and demonstrate good judgmentYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)You have successfully operated in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who is as comfortable navigating sensitive topics with leaders and can work collaboratively to influence leadership and implement change.BCG experience, particularly around how we team to drive impact with our clientsA proven track record of successfully influencing MDPs and senior executivesProven ability to build and develop strong, trusted working relationshipsExpert understandingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization preferredStrong people and process management experienceProven negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong general management capabilitiesYOU''LL WORK WITHYou will work directly with Marie Solem and be part of the broader PSG team, led by Amy Glass and Ben Holden.
