WHAT YOU''LL DOAs BCG continues our journey to build out a world class global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization, we are creating a new leadership role to drive the worldwide TA strategy and delivery for our business services and non-billable functions as well as help shape the set-up of a joined-up model providing TA expertise to support BCG''s rapidly growing business. Collectively, the role work across teams of 100+ FTEs covering c.2,500 hires p.a., so will focus on driving significant benefits of scale, including topic and functional specialization, business partnerships, operational effectiveness and service delivery.What you''ll do:In the short term, you will build a network of TA teams from across BCG, and be 'the voice'' of our non-billable populations in our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that ongoing development projects across Tech, Branding, Analytics etc reflect the unique needs of these talent pools. You will also be 'the voice'' of Talent Acquisition in our Business Services HR team, working with colleagues across Talent, L&D, HR Operations to ensure a holistic People strategy. Over the longer term, you will lead development of a new joint model, ensuring teams across businesses and geographies work together to deliver a best in class experience for both candidates and business leaders. This includes driving the strategy, defining joint processes and managing ongoing relationships with business partners and HR teams across BCG. You will work in a leadership role for a team spread across BCG, comprised of full-time employees, contract resources and RPO vendors delivering full life cycle recruitment and direct sourcing. Represent Business Services and non-billable functions in global Talent Acquisition forums, and represent Talent Acquisition in Business Services HR forumsBe 'the voice'' of Business Services in development of BCG''s TA centers of excellence (Tech, Data & Analytics, Branding & Marketing, Operations and Assessments) particularly in selection and set up of any new tools and systems and execution and launch of employer branding activitiesWork with delivery teams across BCG to ensure adoption and impact of common global tools and technology, supporting process standardization, change management, training as requiredBe a member of the global Business Services HR and People team, bringing TA expertise in discussions such as titling, compensation strategy or EVPSet global strategy for Business Services talent acquisitionWork closely with global, regional & functional business leaders and HR/Recruiting business partners to develop a deep business understanding, understand strategic priorities and the current and future talent requiredWork with business leaders and HR/Recruiting business partners to develop a strategic workforce and capacity plan that allows early planning for recruiting needsWork with cross-functional talent teams to build a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to deliver against the full set of our ambitious business recruiting plansBuild joined up talent acquisition delivery for Business Services teamsPartner and work with existing recruiting teams in this space to build a cohesive operating model, process and technology, identifying synergies and implementing change to support recruiting delivery for the different functional areas through 5 main geographic hubsWork closely with Managing Directors and Partners responsible for WW Talent Acquisition, HR and Global businesses as well as regional Chief Operating Officers and the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement change while delivering an excellent service to the businessEnsure available metrics that support the business objectives and maintain close monitoring and reporting for the purposes of TA improvementsDrive global excellence in recruiting, talent attraction and pipelining including tool use and processesDevelop engagement and sourcing strategies for key talent pools, strategic roles and specific scarce skill areas identified by the businessManage, develop, and lead high performing team to deliver key hiring objectives and metrics of time to fill, source mix, conversion ratio, diversity pipeline and quality of hireMaintain an overview of the best recruiting solutions for BCG - balancing permanent hires, contract agencies and RPO support to find the best business outcomeYOU''RE GOOD ATStrong leadership and influencing skills, including exceptional oral and written communicationAdvising business on strategic talent acquisition, translating this into concrete actions for successUnderstanding technology and innovative solutions within the TA environmentLeading matrixed, cross-functional work teams including across geographies and culturesPartnering with HR and Business leaders to developing a talent acquisition strategy and planManaging an operational TA team while also participating in broader business change and transformationYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)20+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 10 years of managerial experiencePreferred candidate will have corporate recruiting or search firm experience, and / or experience in professional services firmsIn-depth understanding and experience with sourcing, talent processes, talent assessment, and metricsDemonstrated ability to manage resources and workload in a complex global environmentYOU''LL WORK WITHYou will work with our existing teams serving non-billable talent pools - Global Services, Global Specialty Businesses and regional / local Business Services teams, as well as the global, regional & local leadership & HR teams. You will report to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition (a Managing Director & Partner), be a part of the Global BST HR leadership team and have key working relationships with senior business leaders (Managing Director & Partner, Senior Director and Director level) and HRBPs for our functions, as well as building a strong network across BCG''s global recruiting community
