Come join us!We are excited to announce an opening for a Mitigation and Contents Assistant Project Manager to work Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm, with additional hours expected. This position will provide excellent customer service, coordinate, manage, facilitate, and serve as the point person and first responder for every loss.Requirements Assists the PM in project planning and inventory controlBecome involved with daily onsite management of PDR crews and subcontractor crewsCoordinate with the PM for daily needs for the projectScheduling of crew activities as directed by PMAssist PM in the review and management of sub-contractor agreements and supporting documentation as required by our home officeAssist PM with vendor evaluation and executing work agreements for equipment rentals, lodging, fuel service, temporary shelters, laundry service, transportation, etc.Assist with daily ''Job Hazard Analysis'' and ''Site Safety Training'' keeping techs informed on safety proceduresReview/audit project documents for accuracy and completeness to produce invoicingPrepares onsite informational updates to be delivered to PMEnter/upload job notes, daily production pictures, complete timed compliance tasks, and help obtain/upload required job documents to RMS desktop and mobile app versionsMaintain overall customer satisfaction and obtain no less than 9 or 10 Net Promoter Scores (NPS), upon project completionManage workflows and paperwork (timesheets, invoice reviews, reimbursable expenses, etc.) with PM''s, subcontractors, and vendorsCommunicate the type and number of techs necessary, create daily work orders for techsGet crew and customer acquainted with each other to build rapportTrain and manage all technicians/hold them accountableFulfill role in rotation as on-call managerSketch jobs in Xactimate and complete internal low-level reviews of all T&M invoicesSign, scope, and complete mitigation jobs in a CAT situationHandle all reviews, write ups, PTO requests, etc. with employees that are direct reportsCoordinate interviews with prospective employees that would fall under my supervisionAbility to travel. May require extended and irregular work hours at locations beyond our main offices and local territory.Other duties as determined by PMEducation:High school diploma or equivalencyExperience:2-4 yrs. in construction/restoration industry and managementLicenses & Certifications:Valid Driver''s License (At all times).IICRC certifications: Water, Fire & Smoke Certifications, a plusRequirements:Speak well, politely, and appropriately.Knowledge of & the ability to work around cleaning chemicals, solutions, and use of solvents without any adverse reaction/sensitivityKnowledge in proper mitigation and content restoration practicesAbility to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions (i.e., work orders)Ability to train & supervise employees.Ability to plan, organize, and juggle multiple projects at onceAbility to provide efficient cost-effective subcontractorsAbility to adapt to changing job scope/demandsAbility to read, interpret graph data on psychometric charts and moisture mapping.Excellent Customer Service skills.Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirementsPhysical Demands:Lift between 20-80 lbs., regularlyExtensive standing/walkingExposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.Exposure to heavy soot, mold, sewage fumesWe are looking for ''A'' Players to join our team who Respect the individual, deliver what they Promise, and have Pride in what they do while practicing continuous Improvement.Paul Davis Restoration does not discriminate on any unlawful basis.
