WHAT YOU''LL DONextGen Ways of Working (NGWoW) is BCG''s top firmwide transformation, aiming to make BCG the first choice for talent and for clients. Over the past few years, there has been an enormous effort to create and pilot a collection of guiding principles, best-practices and tools to enable our teams to continue to deliver outstanding client impact whilst working more sustainablyAs our innovative NGWoW (NextGen Ways of Working) Learning Manager, you''ll take on a central role in designing and implementing our respective NGWoW L&D strategy.You will manage and be responsible for the design, planning, and execution, as well as the continuous quality improvement of L&D NGWoW learning strategy offered to our consulting team cohorts incl. one off trainings as well as embedding NGWoW content in our core curricula.You''ll work closely with our Global NGWoW Excellence Team, our DigitalBCG teams, and diverse global L&D teams. By intensively networking with the local, regional, and global L&D teams, you will come up with customized and well-aligned L&D concepts for every career level that are based on the latest L&D methodologies and technologies. You will have the end-to-end ownership to successfully deliver the learning campaign globally (system by system roll-out) as well as liaise with Learning journey owners to embed NGWoW in our core curricula per collaboration with the Global NGWOW Excellence Team and the DigitalBCG team you''ll ensure that our consulting teams build the relevant skills to adopt NGWoW in their day to day work. MBA or adult learning background preferredYou have solid project management experience, ideally including agile project management and a passion for innovative projects. Management consulting background, ideally C2 or PL level or demonstrated experience in an organizational change and/or adult learning role, ideally in a top tier management consulting firmYou have excellent leadership skillsYou bring deep knowledge about current developments in the L&D space, methods, and tools. Professional experience in training as a trainer, coach or designer would be a clear plusYou have demonstrated experience of working in a global environmentYou are fluent in the English language - oral and writtenProfessional knowledge of Slack, MS Teams, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet would be a plusYOU''LL WORK WITHBCG''s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
