Part-Time Maintenance

We have four locations and serve ages 6 weeks through 12 years.Abacus Early Learning Center- Fort Wayne is looking to find a reliable, trustworthy person to fill a part-time maintenance position at ochildcare center.Maintenance Job Requirements:Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of maintenance experienceMust be dependable, consistent, and punctualMust have reliable transportationMaintenance Job Responsibilities (not limited to):Maintain exterior building upkeep (trim bushes, pick up trash, etc.)Monitor/maintain emergency exit lights and fire extinguishersMinor plumbingBuilding repairs (painting, patch work, change light bulbs, etc.)Complete 14 Passenger bus inspections and break inspections as neededSet up appointments for kitchen repairs, HVAC issues, parking lot repairs, etc.)Any other maintenance related tasks as communicated from Director/Assistant Director and/or owner.Maintenance Job Benefits:Bi-weekly payChildcare discountHealth / Dental / Vision Insurance401K plus company matchingMonday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS!
