Sandri Energy is now hiring for Cashier positions at our Northampton, MA store. We offer Full Time and Part Time options. We are a family-owned small chain of convenience stores, with 18 locations throughout Western Mass, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Sandri takes pride in providing safe stores that keep our customers (and their cars) fueled up and on the go. Responsibilities of a Cashier at Sandri include:Scanning purchases and taking customer paymentsMaking change accuratelyAnswering customer questionsVerifying customer ID for age restricted salesStocking shelves and coolersChecking in ordersStore maintenance such as dusting, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping, wiping down counters and gas pumps, making sure sidewalks are clear and putting down salt, trash and recyclingOur ideal Cashier candidate will have the following skills and traits:Reliable attendanceAttention to customer serviceAble to accurately process payments and lottery transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawerCommitted to ensuring that alcohol and tobacco can only be purchased by those over 21 with valid IDCommitted to keeping the store clean, stocked, and safeAs a family owned company the well being of our employees is important to us.
