Responsibilities: Employee shall perform duties in support of USSOCOM J3-I Division. The J3-I serves as an international SOF coordination center for the USSOCOM Headquarters and the SOF enterprise. The employee shall provide support to the J3-I mission to enable the SOF Enterprise to enhance interoperability and strengthen relationships with and among global SOF partners in order to provide strategic options for the United States and Partner Nations. Requirements: * Bachelor''s Degree in Communications, Management, International Relations or other social science. * Five (5) years'' experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products and briefing executive-level leaders and staff. * Demonstrated executive writing skills, to include conducting research to ensure written products are accurate, grammatically correct and culturally attuned. * Three (3) years'' experience planning executive-level events such as conferences, senior leader dialogues, or other key leader engagements. * Three (3) years'' experience in a multinational environment, experience can be military, academic, business, non-governmental organization, or with another agency of the U.S. Government. * One (1) year experience in a SOF environment, including assignment to USSOCOM, Components, TSOCs, PN SOF headquarters, or NATO SOF HQ * Experience developing organizational communications strategies or strategic messaging plans, to include assessment of strategic messaging plans. * Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing * Ability to meet and deal effectively with others Security Clearance: * Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access required.
