Cash Application Specialist

NorthPoint Search Group is working with a client looking to fill a Cash Application Specialist position. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for processing high-volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!How you will make an impact- Process and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances- Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts- Address payment issues or other discrepancies- Help manage customer database accounts- Run weekly general ledger reports Requirements- Excellent data entry skills- Ability to research and analyze- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department- Previous experience using Great Plains- Must maintain a high level of accuracy while being detail-oriented- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds- Previous experience with Cash Applications
