VP, Self-Directed Investing ProductAs a senior product manager on the newly formed Discover digital product team for the Self-directed Investing Product, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a differentiated experience for how clients can explore, compare, and evaluate investment options so that they can make informed investment decisions. Through the experiences you create and manage, you will have the opportunity to drive client engagement, establish loyalty to our platform, and ultimately enable growth for the self-directed investing business. Scope for the experience that you will manage and deliver includes web, mobile, notifications, 3rd party data integration, and customer service via phone and digital channels.This leader will model and cultivate the team''s customer first orientation, lean agile mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. This role reports to the Self-Directed Investing Discover Area Product Owner.Responsibilities:* Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to discover, develop, and build product enhancements* Design solutions to meet customer needs, informed by client insights from a variety of sources, and validate success with analytics and feedback.* Define and execute a roadmap that delivers against OKRs* Create new experiences using discovery processes, and experimentation, informed by customer insights and data* Provide clear vision and scope documentation, workflows, detailed business requirements, use cases and other materials as needed to support UX design, development and infrastructure* Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communicationQualifications:* 5+ years of investments related product management experience with proven track record of delivery of new products and features* Experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and leading execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework* Significant experience with consumer digital product development, using discovery best practices and agile delivery methods* Proven ability to distill complex ideas into consumable and actionable materials* Experience analyzing, communicating and executing against complex business initiatives* Ability to influence and partner effectively across a global organization* Demonstrated track record of adapting to a rapidly changing business environment, ability to quickly assess situations, act decisively and capitalize on change* Excellent presentation skills* communication skills, both oral and written* Industry involvement - staying abreast of industry trends and issues* Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure* Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization
