Enterprise Project Manager

DescriptionTheEnterprise Project Manager plans and implements Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) or similar systems. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, andmonitors progress for the system implementation. Evaluates and recommendschanges to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs.At a minimum, the position requires a bachelor''s degree and 15 years ofexperience in the field or in a related area. Individual will be familiar witha variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures related to largescale enterprise system implementations. Relies on extensive experience andjudgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitudeis expected. Skills & ExperienceExpertin project planning, plan execution, project health reporting for large scaleenterprise systems implementations.Expertin project management methodologies such as PMBOK and/or Agile.Expertin stakeholder management and communications.Expertin risk identification, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.Expert in scope management. Expert in operating within large programs with interrelated work streams. Expertin leading cross-functional teams, often without direct control over resources.Expertin defusing emotional, stressful, or confrontational situations. Strongfamiliarity with change management and process improvement concepts.
