Senior Living Registered Nurse (RN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Manager of Clinical Practice for our Raleigh, NC Senior Living Home Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients in Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Orange and Wake counties. As a Manager of Clinical Practice you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community. Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas. Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred. Medicare OASIS knowledge or experience highly preferred.
