OverviewClassification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.; some on-call coverage for emergency situations. Job Focus: This position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking, including conducting intake, developing a safety plan, addressing basic needs, linking to medical care and counseling and, developing and implementing a service plan. Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence and sexual assault preferred. Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings, preferred Excellent organizational, written and oral skills A positive, contagious can-do attitude Able to maintain strict confidentiality At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Drivers license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.Mission Statement: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church.
