Night Audit at The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection HotelJOB SUMMARY: The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing daily revenues, generating a variety of reports, and data entry. Responsibilities also include providing unparalleled guest service during registration, departure, and all guest interactions. JOB DUTIES -Balances the daily revenues from all outlets. Researches and corrects any discrepancies. -Ensures all credit cards from each outlet balance and transmits daily. -Performs close out procedures for the day. -Inputs all revenue into the Daily Manager''s Report and distributes all closing reports to appropriate departments.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE -High School diploma or Equivalent. -Minimum of two (2) years of hospitality work experience required. -Front Desk/ Front Office experience in a hotel required -Experience in Accounting preferred -Luxury or Resort experience in a 4-5 Star hotel preferred .SKILLS AND ABILITIES -Detail oriented -Ability to prioritize, organize work and follow-up -Strong time management skills -Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office -Basic mathematical skills -Lightspeed and Micros systems experience is a plus -Ability to work the 10:00 pm - 6:00 am shift, as well as weekends and holidays PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, walk, talk, hear, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions -Lifting, pulling or carrying items 10-75 lbs if transporting luggage or packages -401k after 90 days, fully vested, company match to 3% -Medical (4 plan choices) -Dental (2 Plan choices) -Vision -Employee Assistance Program (EAP) -Flexible Spending Account (FSA) -Awesome Paid Time Off policy -Marriott Hotel Discounts Worldwide -Northwood Hospitality Discounts -Discounts at our Gallery Restaurant and Spa The Ballantyne is an equal opportunity employer.
