About the TeamReporting to the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, this role at DoorDash provides a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate expertise in the Travel and Expense space in a dynamic environment, a steep and fulfilling learning curve to expand both business and procurement acumen, and a platform to make an impact in a growing team in a rapidly growing business. Attributes that will help you succeed as part of the team include a knack to build relationships across a variety of internal stakeholders, superb communication abilities and strong problem-solving skills.About the RoleThis management role will build, develop and manage a Global Travel and Expense program including supplier selection and management across all modes of business travel, meetings and events, T&E cards, TMC, and all tools used from booking to expense reconciliation. The scope of the role includes strategic sourcing of suppliers, day to day supplier management, heavy collaboration with internal stakeholder (Business Partners), serving as the escalation point on Travel matters, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
