Apply directly on our website at Location Pre-Opening Office | 70225 Highway 111, Suite D, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 COVID-19 Considerations Must present proof of full vaccination course Position Description The Front Office Manager (Experience Specialist Manager) will organize, direct, and monitor the activities of the Front of House operations, including the Experience Specialist team for front desk, guest scheduling, and outside concierge activities, the Night Audit process, and the Bell/Valet/Door experience. The Experience Specialist Manager will provide direct management for the Experience Specialist team, including scheduling, training, and ensuring that appropriate experience specialist desk protocol, guest service standards, and procedures are being followed, maintained, and enforced. As a team, they will build itineraries, collaborate with the Sensei Team in planning and executing changes both pre-arrival and throughout the guest''s stay. They will be responsible for managing the guest experience by making in stay itinerary changes and handling daily guest movement. This position will integrate with the Sensei Guides on day-to-day wellness operations; communicate with and reassign housekeeping duties to ensure room readiness; integrate with in room dining for managing VIP amenities; work laterally throughout all departments as an operational leader to ensure a seamless guest flow in front desk, retail boutique, guestrooms, and throughout the wellness and dining spaces.
