Our dealership has the largest Toyota Certified Repair facilities in Michigan.Our Service Center is high volume, fast-paced, productive, and dynamic.This position offers a Hiring Bonus of between $400-$3,500depending on experience.The Service Advisor role works 5 days a week, no weekends. We offer very competitive pay, benefits such as BCBS health, dental insurance, a matching 401k retirement program, short & long-term disability, an air-conditioned campus, great company culture, and much more.Our Dealership was rated a Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press the past 3 years in a e experience was it means to be part of a growing, thriving dealership environment where we put our customers and team members first.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet each guest in a prompt, courteous mannerSecure agreement from guests before repairs begin, covering cost estimates and approximate time when vehicle work will be completedObtain customer and vehicle data, securing methods of paymentAdvise guests on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers'' specifications, using maintenance menusRecommend additional needed service work and actively promote service salesIn additional work is necessary, explain the details to our customer, including the cost and time consideration and document properlyCommunicate clearly with Service Technicians so that guests can be informed if any additional services are neededGreeting guests and team members with a positive, friendly attitudeQualificationsOrganized and friendly personalityTime management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable and reliable self-starter, ability to work in a team environmentBasic computer skillsOutgoing and energetic personalityWillingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
