Come and experience a company that actually cares.TS/SCI with PolyGathers, analyzes, and composes technical informationTranslates technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by the technical and non-technical personnelSupports development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphic presentations to improve quality and enhance usabilityIntegrates graphics and information generated at meetings and facilitation sessions into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methodsProvide senior level project integration and subject matter expert engineering support to ensure achievable architectures are established to maintain and preserve the government continuity and readiness posture in preparation of an event, during activations, or in normal operations planning for new and existing programs.Guide the successful completion and implementation of critical programs/projects to enable and drive towards informed and cost-effective decisions and planning to include programming resources by senior management.Represent sponsor organization as the primary technical contact for network engineering and all information technology and communication requirements and activities with parent organization and other government community meetings and forums.Perform architecture and infrastructure analysis to determine smart and reasonable approaches to determine vulnerabilities to execute mission objectives, highlight and reduce single points of failures and address opportunities in technical solutions and designs to performance reliability, and availability.Prepare and deliver functional analysis, timeline analysis and/or detail trade analysis and requirements to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications with various service municate and interacts at all levels within and across the government and other external stakeholders to ensure logical and systematic conversations of customer and/or complex product requirements into total solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.Maintain and regularly update SOPs.Provide weekly reports to customer on status and ongoing projects.Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph requiredMust be able to work independently without close supervision.Bachelors degree preferably in an IT related field 8 years of related experience; or a Masters with 6 years of experience; an Associates with 10 years of experience.5-10 years of Technical Writing experience.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required. Ability to create original documentation.Ability to prepare project execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs.Ability to present project status on, schedules, prepare reports, and manage budgets.Ability to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job; Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnelProject or Task Management experienceITIL Foundation CertificationPMI Project Management Professional (PMP)Technical writing experienceRenXTech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, and provides consulting services in operational support, intelligence collection, reporting, and data governance.
