IAM Agile Product ManagerDescriptionWe are looking for a talented IAM Agile Product Manager to join our team specializing in cybersecurity for our Identity and Access Management group in Nashville, TN. This is a remote this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:* Work with customers (as well as Product Owners and other IT partners) to continuously understand and communicate their needs and participate in the validation of the proposed solutions; Work with Epic Owners to develop the Lean business case for Epics that affect their Agile Release Train (ART).* Manage the flow of work through the program Kanban and into the program backlog while making sure there are enough Features ready in the backlog at all times.* Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning by presenting the vision along with any relevant upcoming milestones and by participating as Business Owners for the train, with the responsibility of approving PI Objectives and establishing business value.* Define Releases and Program Increments; decide when enough value has accrued to warrant a release to the customer.* Work with System and Solution Architecture/Engineering to understand Enabler work and assist with decision-making and sequencing of technological infrastructures.* Work with solution vendors, consultants, cybersecurity research and other inputs to continually plan for epics and features required to mature the product.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:* BS degree OR equivalent work experience required* A minimum of 7 years IT experience* Experience managing applications through SDLC* Prior experience working in an AGILE environment* Identity and Access management or privileged access management experience preferredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary rate commensurate with experience.
