Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Commercial Appraisal Manager. With minimal supervision, this position will assume administrative services for the assigned manager prioritizing and organizing responsibilities to assure timely completion for all assigned duties. Provide administrative support to the Commercial Appraisal Manager Function as a team with the Commercial Appraisal Manager to achieve the goals expected for the department being cognizant of compliance and other regulations Increase the efficiency of the Commercial Appraisal Manager by providing copying, document scanning, faxing and other administrative services as needed Maintains list of appraisals in process and track through data entry in Excel and Access databases Prepare reports for Commercial Manager on property values, cap rates and market trends for the various lending regions, based on information in the appraisal tracking database Provide assistance in commissioning commercial appraisals Preparation of vendor invoices for approval by Commercial Appraisal Manager Attain and maintain knowledge of commercial appraisal processes via communication/instruction from the manager, research on issues, and attendance at meetings, as required Complete special projects assigned by manager within the time frame provided Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion. As an integral member of the Credit Department, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the bank in achieving their annual goals Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience in business; bank education preferred. PC proficiency (with Microsoft Office Products and specific departmental software); excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills. Knowledge of loan forms, processes, and procedures. Two (2) to three (3) years of administrative office experience.Associates degree or equivalent experience in business; bank education preferred.
