The Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED and is actively seeking a Specialized Administrative and Program Support Specialist who will be seated in Ft. Jackson, SC. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access LOCATION: 7540 Pickens Avenue, Ft. Jackson, SC 29207National Center for Credibility Assessment - As the government''s premier educational center for polygraph and other credibility assessment technologies and techniques, NCCA assists federal agencies in the protection of U.S. citizens, interest, infrastructure, and security by providing the best education and tools for credibility assessment. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides assistance, phone and desk coverage for the assigned Directorate/Division. Provides general administrative support with requires coordination of calendar and schedules, preparation, formation, and/or finalzation of official correspondence that includes: Letters, memoranda, interoffice communication, adn staff summary sheets, sensitive or classified reports, as required Interact with other internal DCSA departments and sometimes outside Government agencies on normal basis, as required. Create a wide variety of documents such as reports, spreadsheets, plan of action and milestone project files, and presentations from data and infomation located in internal DCSA databases, as required. Responsible for the maintenance of data and information contained in DCSA internal databases that contain sensitive departmental and/or classified information, as required Responds to requests from internal and external offices, distributes correspondence, circulates information, etc., to other staff (to include senior staff) internal and external to DCSA Responsible for maintaining populating various databases and spreadsheets with data and information in support of assigned Division/Directorates, as required. Required to utilize spreadsheets to track suspence actions and to manage workload, facility assignments and other activities as needed; and maintain customer requests May assist division level management in making an processing travel arrangements; processing travel expense report forms, checking requests and checking the status of issues Assists in preparing read-aheads including preparations of materials, provides logistical assistance related to organizing meetings to include (but not limited to) speace, technical support, supplies and transportation, and other requirements for assigned Directorate/Division meetings and training conferences. Monitor general mailboxes, assigning emails to action officers or loading tasks into Agency Task Management System as appropriate REQUIREMENTS Bachelor''s Degree with two (2) years of experience; applicants with eight (8) years of related experience will be considered in lieu of degree Superior oral and written communication skills; excellent command of the English language Previous experience in the Security Disciplines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, paticularly Word, Excel, and Outlook A new Federal Executive Order requires that employees of Federal contractors be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 18, 2022. Accordingly, as a condition of employment with Celestar, employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption prior to starting employment.
