Webb Ford, Inc. is seeking an automotive professional withexperience preferably in a FORD Dealership.Job Responsibilities:*Manage and monitor the performance of all NEW vehicle sales*Order new vehicle inventory as needed.*Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.*Monitor and analyze salespeople''s performances and assist salespeople closing deals.*Work with business office in structuring dealsto maximize revenue.*Communicate with the General Manager, Pre-Driven Manager, Finance Manager, and Salespeople to ensure that the dealership policies are complied with.Requirements:* Professional Appearance and Communication skills are a MUST.*Integrity and a positive attitude with a strong work ethic are a MUST.*Willing to learn and be a team player.
