Must maintain excellent customer service skills while promptly answering, researching, and supporting the Funding and Sales & Marketing teams. Accurately input and maintain data in the companys database. Audit applications on a post funding basis to ensure accuracy and compliance. Process new dealer applications, assist with dealer sign ups, and collecting missing stipulations. Responsible for dealer account support, maintenance, and inquiries, both external and internal. Accurately document and maintain reports with any pertinent information and/or updates relating to the support of custody business functions. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying. Other administrative duties as assigned.Essential Requirements: 2+ year of administrative experience in an office setting. 1+ year of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner. Effective communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient with the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) High School Diploma or GED.Veros Credit, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
