The Medical Affairs team collaborates with the leaders of Sleep, Respiratory Care, SaaS, ResMed Healthcare, and Asia Growth Markets to ensure our work, especially our clinical research and market access projects, align with their strategic priorities. We also review key government policies, as part of the continuous evaluation and improvement process that helps us maintain global compliance across an ever-shifting landscape of legal and regulatory requirements. The two, research and compliance, work hand-in-hand, and when balanced properly allow us to generate important clinical, economic and market evidence, that improves the lives of patients in ways that are scientifically valid, clinically relevant and ethically sound.Provide exceptional administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with professionalism, outstanding judgment, and a superior standard of behavior which upholds ResMed''s core values. The EA for the CMO plays a key role on the team, working closely with the CMO and the Chief of Staff for Medical Affairs, managing and organizing key events, projects and initiatives, anticipating needs and offering solutions to problemsLet''s talk about ResponsibilitiesEffectively plan, coordinate and execute onsite and offsite executive meetings and events; prepare agendas, arrange for facilities, menu planning and catering; provide coherent and up to the minute details to attendees by issuing information or invitations; oversee accommodations and extraordinary requests, as needed, and ensure smooth execution; be prepared to respond to unforeseen changes. Compose confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings and conferences.Review and make basic edits to existing presentations and documents.Arrange conference calls across multiple global time-zones and mutually hectic schedules. Communicate an in-depth understanding of the business; resolve incoming inquiries with the appropriate level of attention and discretion; take suitable action and exercise independent judgment; respond with courtesy and anize and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements; prepare detailed itinerary and compile documents for travel-related meetings ensuring the CMO is prepared for the trip. Create and submit subsequent expense reports in a timely manner. Uphold a congenial, professional demeanor; greet visitors, interface with co-workers and customers appropriately; work as an effective team player with colleagues.Handle diverse administrative duties and assist CMO in their tasks related to their staff and direct reports.Sort incoming mail; deliveries and facsimiles; screen email as directed; assist with errands and personal matters on an as needed basis.Set up, create, and maintain files; manage personal workspace and the offices of the CMO Let''s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor''s Degree preferred. At least 8-10 years of experience supporting senior executive leaders required. Highly proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects itiative, self-motivation and ability to work independently.Maintain an outstanding work ethic and an enthusiastic approach to getting the job done.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; possess the aptitude to use discretion with confidential information.Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-culturally with peers and customers.
