Responsibilities * Conduct research, analysis, development, and execution of emerging DEIA and MEO initiatives, goals, and objectives, providing support to all aspects of the maintenance, advancement, and implementation of DEIA change management and strategic plans. * Support high level customer in fast-paced environment, developing long-range military equal opportunity (MEO) strategic policy and programs. * Provide executive level MEO subject matter expertise: conduct analysis, evaluation, and preparation of program briefs, reports (including issue papers), point papers, and other executive correspondence; draft guidance, manuals, policies, training curriculum; provide meeting support for various high level collaborative DEIA working groups. * Review and prepare draft responses to Congressional requests and inquiries, as well as requests from other Federal Government agencies and partners. * Provide recommendations and technical assistance to stakeholders on MEO program management, consistent with policy requirements and emerging trends. Develop substantive responses to internal and external stakeholders in the execution of program requirements. * Serve as an analyst for a wide range of complex issues, assessing productivity, quality, and continuous improvement of DEIA efforts throughout DoD impacting all organizational levels. * Draft, review, and edit executive products, including but not limited to letters, memos, reports, and briefings for high level government leaders. Qualifications Required * Master''s Degree * Experience in military equal opportunity policy and compliance * Demonstrated executive level oral and written communication skills * Ability to pass a DoD Public Trust background investigation Preferred * Juris Doctorate or Master''s Degree in Human Resources or Management related field * 7+ years of experience in military equal opportunity policy and compliance * 2+ years of experience in a joint military environment * Pentagon correspondence experience * Experience with high level federal government policy development, implementation, assessment, and compliance * Previous U.S. military service * Secret level or above Security Clearance Teleworking Permitted?
