DescriptionGeotemps, Inc. is seeking a qualified MIS Assistant technician for our Morenci, AZ area. If you enjoy variety in your workday this is the job for you. You will be making deliveries all through the mine site and performing data entry for multiple items. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE:Deliver material to end users, capture proof of delivery signatures, and maintain a record of delivered items. Data Entry and scanning documents. In-Pit drivingMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma• Must be extremely detail-oriented, precise and accurate in all functions of the position.• Must have medium to advanced Excel understanding. • Must have experience with databases and data entry.• Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients and vendors.• Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. • Must be able to pass Reference Check, Background Check and Drug Screen.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize numerous tasks. • Good customer service skills.• Display a professional can-do attitude.• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.• Ability to maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.• Basic computer skills with proficiency in email.• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift.About Us Disclaimer: Although Geotemps, Inc. has attempted to accurately and thoroughly describe this position, Geotemps, Inc. reserves the right to change the same, including to change, add to or subtract from the duties outlined, within the sole discretion of Geotemps, Inc., at any time, with or without advanced notice.
