First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused Service Representative to join our Cash Management Services Team. In this role, you will provide service and maintenance support to the Cash Management Services Department under the general direction of Cash Management Services Department manager. This includes handling requests, both verbal and written, managing customer issues and providing problem resolution regrading complex Cash Management products and services in a time-sensitive manner.Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor''s degree in Business or Information Technology related field, or equivalent work experience required Banking service experience in one or more of the following areas Commercial deposits, Commercial loans, Cash Management Services, Call Center Business Customer Support 5 years of experience servicing business customers preferred Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or similar software Solid analytical and organizations skills with strong attention to detail oriented Working knowledge of cash management software and systems, including file transmission, server issues, and file diagnostics Proficiency in business writing for customer correspondence and documentation of items Strong Verbal and interpersonal communication skills Good customer service skills to handle difficult customer problems Good organizational and problem solving skills required Valid driver''s license required
