We have a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious, positive, high-energy IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology) Professional to join our team. We are looking for candidates who enjoy a hands-on technical role that participates in the design, development, and implementation of IT/OT solutions (hardware and software) that interconnect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and provide an interface between the enterprise network and the plant floor. In addition, this role supports cybersecurity efforts for client critical IT/OT infrastructure including assessments, mitigation recommendations, remediation, and system hardening. We focus on all seven layers of defense in our development and implementation of solutions that enable our clients operating facilities to be robust and secure. Responsibilities Support cross functional project teams to achieve IT/OT related project objectives Perform project tasks assigned by Senior IT/OT teammates Perform physical and logical design of IT/OT Systems on a variety of ICS platforms Manage VM infrastructure/VM initiationQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Capacity to plan and execute all tasks safely and with a high level of professional integrity Strong teamwork skills Commitment to deliver superior quality work products with innovative solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills with familiarity in developing technical reports and documents Willingness to accept new opportunities for growth and development Basic understanding of network switch hardware and configuration (Cisco, Extreme Networks, etc.) Basic understanding of network communication protocols (IPv4, IPv6, etc.) Basic understanding of installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems Basic understanding of network segmentation Requirements: The ability to sit, stand, and walk in an industrial setting Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to a variety of industrial locations Preferred: Co-op or work-relatedIT/OT experience in ICS/SCADA design and implementation AS or BS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar degree Work experience will be considered Hargrove Controls & Automation is an ESOP company with a market competitive benefits package to include potential comp time flexibility.
