Director of Nursing

Summary of Position: The DON is in charge of the overall operations of Nursing Care and has 24 hour responsibility to organize, supervise and direct the operation of Nursing Care. Develops and implements a resident centered care service model which integrates the concept of choices, privacy, dignity, individuality, and home-like environment. Provides, directs and coordinates the provision of nursing care, professional, and support services to the residents who reside in the community.
