Your best is waiting to be discovered.Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)A new position for a Chaplain Supervisor/ACPE Certified Educator or Associate Educator has been posted at Stanford Health Care. This is a full-time position at a vibrant CPE Center located on the Stanford University Campus at Stanford Hospital. The Center for CPE is an integral part the larger Spiritual Care Service of 8 staff chaplains and 23 relief chaplains. The Educator reports to the Director of the Center for CPE and has operation and project management duties as well as opportunities to teach/supervise units in the full-time residency, full-time summer internship when offered, part-time extended internship and/or post residency fellowship. We are looking for a team member to join two full-time Certified Educators and a part-time spiritual care consultant.This position will be the educator for up to six Extended Unit students in our Center for CPE and will fulfill some operational duties for the Center for CPE as well as related operational duties for the Spiritual Care Service.This is a Stanford Health Care job.A Brief OverviewThe individual in this position has the responsibility for coordinating the overall program of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) as well as for providing direct supervision of the interns and residents within units of training. Conduct religious services; prepares and delivers sermons and other talks. Administer religious rites.
