AEM Technical Analyst

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Technical Analyst to join Web Technology team. As a Technical Analyst, you will work with our cross-functional solution teams to deliver incremental high-quality engineering solutions. Ideally, you will bring proven experience in delivering AEM development solutions helping to lead large and complex multi-technology agile projects, and will possess the skills to interact, negotiate, and work with a broad range of personalities and functions, including the technical team web marketing team and other business owners, project operations, quality assurance and program manager/scrum master. ResponsibilitiesYou have BSCS/EE/CE, or equivalent job experience with a strong CS FoundationYou have 10+ years of experience as technical analyst (or technical system consultant or product owner)You''re a specialists who know the features and capabilities needed to engage developers to define a solution for business needsHave a deep understanding of AEM Content Management Systems (CMS) and standard methodologies around implementationsPrefer AEM Certified Business PractitionerWork with engineering and technical consultants and quality consultants to decompose business stories into system level stories and/or designs.Socialize functionality with business users, including driving UAT and demos.Exposure to CI/CD, TDD and ATDDSolicit, Analyze and define requirements for large-scale projects (integrations with other systems and/or MarTech stack, CMS Migrations, Analytics, TagManagementSystem, etc.).Business analysis/project management experience in a web marketing environmentDevelop and manage the product backlog of stories.Ability to write comprehensive business requirements and documentationRequirementsPrevious experience as a BSA or BA or Product Owner or Technical Consultant or Scrum Master or Project ManagerUnderstanding or experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management SystemsExperience with Agile Scrum process and Backlog Management systemsExperience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirementsStrong problem solving and communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate in a team environmentDevelopment or Test experience is a plusMinimum Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, Science or an equivalent. - provided by Dice
