Responsibilities: Support development of an immersive, interactive, 3D Virtual Team Trainer by working with artists, game programmers, and subject matter experts to generate digital graphics and animations for use in CryENGINE and Unity 3DCreate the 3D models as directed by the client and ensure graphics utilized fully satisfy fidelity and requirements specifiedAssist government personnel and team members on 3D modeling best practices to continually improve the Virtual Team Trainer and established asset development pipelineSupport Quality Assurance during product testing and respond to and resolve asset-related issues or defects identifiedAttend regular meetings with development team and government personnel to review the status of work in progress, discuss new tasks, and to establish targets for completion of specific itemsPerform other duties as related to development and support of the Virtual Team TrainerRequirements: Software: Proficient in Autodesk 3dsmax or MayaSoftware: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop3D Skills: Experienced in Hard Surface Real-time Modeling, Low to Mid poly modeling, UVW Unwrapping, Light Mapping, Basic understanding of Multi-sub texturing and Animation2D Skills: Experienced in Photorealistic Texturing, Physical Based Materials,Texture Maps and Photo ManipulationPC Skills: Experienced in Windows 7 operating systemSoftware: Experience with CryENGINELumberyardSoftware: Experience with Unity3DSoftware: Experience with Substance Designer or PainterScripting: Basic experience using C, LUA or Java Script.Game Engine Skills: Realistic Level Design, Real-time Lighting, Character Editing & Animation, Layer/File Structure, Procedural Textures/Materials, Shader FunctionalityExperience with VR and Augmented Reality such as HTC Vive and Oculus Rift preferredTeam experience with configuration management or versioning software TFS/TFVCPersonal, Professional, or Military Experience with Naval/Maritime environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing best, recent, or most relevant work2+ years of production experience preferably in the game or simulation industry.Must have an ACTIVE U.S. DOE "L" or U.S. DOD "Secret" level Security ClearanceMust be located near or be willing to immediately relocate to Pittsburgh/West Mifflin Borough, PAMinimum Associates Degree in a related disciplineAn art test will be provided before/during interview process, with satisfactory completion of test required for consideration or eligibilityPer the Presidential Executive Order 14042, all associates supporting the federal government are required to be fully vaccinated.
