Job Description

LinQuestis seeking junior level GMD Analysis and Assessment Engineers to join our team on successful award of the upcoming Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test and Readiness (SITR) contract. Currently in the pre-solicitation phase, an award is anticipated in the September 2022 timeframe. They will become a member of the multi-disciplinary team that supports the GMD Program Office, as Lead Systems Integrator, in all aspects of the GMD Analysis and Assessment program. This program will analyze and assess the performance of GMD components up to the GMD Element and MDS level and perform analysis in support of various ground and flight test events. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Analysis and Assessment approaches and tools. They will support the GMD Analysis and Assessment Program on a day to day basis and have the ability to communicate effectively within our team. It is preferred that the successful candidate reside in the Huntsville, AL area. Responsibilities: * Knowledge of Analysis and Assessment processes, approaches and tools* The ability to work within multi-disciplinary and multi-contractor teams to ensure the objectives of the Analysis and Assessment Program are met.Required Experience: * Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.* 1-3 years of progressive Analysis and Assessment experience* Knowledge of Analysis & Assessment tools* Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and organize all tasking with supervision* Good communication skills (oral and written) as well as the ability to interact with team members on a daily basis* Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for the position.Preferred Experience: * Masters Degree* 3-5 years progressive Analysis and Assessment leadership experienceCOVID-19 Compliance Guidelines:As a federal contractor, all LinQuest team members may be required to comply with Executive Order 14042- Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, which may include mandatory vaccination and ability to provide proof of vaccination status prior to start of employment.
