Primary Responsibilities: Position is responsible for WFM consulting/oversight of inbound traffic control within OptumCare contact centers Establishing a WFM relationship between Operations, support areas, and Optum WFM Oversee success in forecasting workload, scheduling resources to the work, and monitoring real-time performance of staff and workload Provide analytical support and creating visibility into performance opportunities Partnering with Operations Management Leadership in finding solutions to best balance customer service, employee satisfaction, and cost Person in this role will own business continuity plan execution, present intraday planning reviews, and implement new processes/solutions What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: High School Diploma /GED (or higher) OR 1+ years working in a professional position OR 1+ years in an office/remote environment 2+ years of workforce management experience (i.e. responsible for scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting, determining, and communicating work schedules and resources for call queues, consulting with call operations, etc.) 1+ years of experience with workforce systems 1+ years'' experience with Call Delivery Systems Genesys or Avaya/CMS Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, and sort spreadsheets, basic analytical formulas (VLOOKUP, if) and Microsoft Word (create and edit correspondence) Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
