This pharmaceutical care is comprised of both distributive and cognitive components with the ultimate goal of providing safe and effective medication use for each individual patient. QualificationsExperienceOne year''s experience in a hospital pharmacy and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program. Preferred 3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program. EducationB.S. or Pharmacy Degree from a U.S. accredited School of Pharmacy.LicensureCurrent registration in California as a pharmacist- RG PHARMSTTrainingComplete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training. PC Computer skills preferred
