The Sr. Product Manager will collaborate to drive a Reporting Product strategy in alignment with and across the products within the Transparent Network. In this role, you must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing. You must balance a self-motivated, independent work ethic with the desire to educate and assist others. Organization, prioritization, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are all crucial. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You''ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Must be able to travel up to 25% Primary Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap, including: market opportunity, target customer profiles, value propositions, client and consumer experience, and financial modeling to justify potential resource investments Identify new market opportunities, optimize internal programs and assets, and partner with key internal stakeholders for alignment and support to bring the roadmap to market Serve as the product subject matter expert to all internal and external stakeholders Partner with Payer and Provider market leaders to ensure alignment with broader strategies Partner with sales / account management in support of key client activity and market strategies Partner with reporting and analytics to establish performance metrics and define requirements Continuously mindful of market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and overall growth You''ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience product strategy or delivery teams, responsible for managing or delivering products with commercial accountability 5+ years of deep healthcare data knowledge and understanding 5+ years of experience interfacing with business leaders and strategic partners to develop strategic business plans and roadmaps 2+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-matrixed team members and stakeholders, and delivering quantifiable results with large-scale, cross-functional teams Experience launching products in the Payer market Ability to travel up to 25% Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
